1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • PDF guides
  • Digital downloads
  • E-books
  • Templates
  • Printable files
  • Digital resources
  • Online content
  • Any other electronically delivered products

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds or replacements for digital products may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
  • You did not receive the digital product due to a verified technical issue
  • The product delivered is materially different from the description

To request assistance, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or supporting documentation where applicable

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.


3. Physical Products (Accessories, Clothing & Prints)

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing the claim.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide order records, download logs, IP addresses, access timestamps, shipping confirmations, and customer communications to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Revocation of access to digital products

8. EU/UK Digital Goods Notice

For customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom:

By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access/download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software or devices
  • Customer misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
